First time users must activate your account by registering to the website.
1. Click Member Registration.
2. Enter your four digit member number, Example 0000
3. Using all CAPITAL letters type your first and last name. If you have a suffix you must enter it; example JR. or MD
It should look like it does on your monthly bill.
4. Click Validate
5. Enter a User name, Password and confirm your Password and e-mail address.
6. Click Create User.
7. Write down your User name and Password for safe keeping.
